Refund policy

Refined Jewelry has a 7-day return policy from the date your order was delivered in order to request a return. To start a return, email shoprefinedjewelry@gmail.com with your first and last name + order number. Unfortunately there are no exchanges for any items. Email response time is 24-72hrs Mon-Friday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn in the same condition you received it + in its original packaging. 

Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be paid by customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and sale items are final sale
